Hey you! Granted, from the moment I first saw you, I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life avoiding you. However, you improved upon acquaintance. And when I said that you improved on acquaintance, I did not mean that your mind or manners changed in any way—for you had always been a charming man of a placid disposition from the get-go—but that, from knowing you better, your disposition was better understood. You were a man of quantity over quality; your most laudable characteristic was your ability to love so indiscriminately—you were a true equal opportunity lover in every sense of the word. You had a big heart full of so much love and you were not afraid of sharing that love with every woman you encounter. Your generosity with your love never ceased to amaze me. I tried to be more like you, but to my horror, I discovered that I am just too stingy and discriminatory with my love. I don’t like to share! It can’t be helped. You are what you are and I am what I am. I hope that one day you’ll find a better woman who will love you for what you are, unconditionally and with no prejudice.
